OCTOBER 1, 2024: BASKETS BB2239.96 AND BB2239.97

Dear customer,

It appears that some baskets from bassinets BB2239.96 and BB2239.97, produced before March 13, 2023, do not meet certain requirements of the NF EN 1466: 2014 standard.
Although no incidents have been reported regarding these products, we would like to initiate a recall and exchange the baskets without their covers.

How to check if your basket is compliant?

To check if your basket is affected, simply remove the cover.
If the label contains the reference “F2420.96”, as illustrated below, your basket is compliant.

If your basket does not have this label, please follow the procedure below:

Return options:

  1. Via our resellers: Return the basket to the store with your proof of purchase, and a new compliant basket will be sent to you promptly.
  2. Via the Noukies.com website: Send the basket back to us by mail, along with your proof of purchase and email address. We will send you a replacement basket.
